West London Working has contacted the bidders shortlisted to bid for Flexible New Deal phase 2 contracts in West London to give you details on how you can engage with them to take advantage of any sub contracting opportunities.

Don’t forget, DWP has now produced a standard information sharing form for sub contractors to use in their communications with potential primes.

To help small – medium employment related service providers, West London Working is developing a capacity building programme on the themes of

• negotiation skills for success and sustainability
• developing a special purpose vehicle
• a “dragon’s den” style workshop for potential sub-contractors to hone their pitch to primes.
