Meeting the demands of Employers and Employees:
Practice and thinking for getting individuals into work and helping them stay there |
|
This event will look at how employer demand can be built into Work Programme and ESF delivery. Beginning with an overview of the Labour market in West London and where employment opportunities are likely to be, we will hear some practical examples from providers on how they have worked with employers. We will also hear the employer perspective on what a business needs from a provider and find out about some practical examples of applying in-work support.
