Delivering excellent services

In the current outcome-focussed funding environment, developing innovative pathways for hard to reach or marginalised clients has multiple benefits both for the client and for the provider.

Smaller and niche providers add the greatest value to the supply chain when they are able to pull together a variety of provision from their own and from partner organisations. This approach enables beneficiaries to access a bespoke package of support which is tailored to their needs, and enables providers to draw on multiple funding streams for each client.

This workshop aims to help providers identify where they can make the most difference by aligning their delivery with other support and services, and present this offer as a key point of difference in securing contracts and funding.
