Bid Assessment for the London Development Agency
We were asked by the London Development Agency (LDA) to design and implement an allocation process for their new £38m Opportunities Fund in 2005/06. And again in 2006/07 for the £30m second round.

The tool has been a key part of the project selection process, saving us time, resources, as well as being a robust and evidence-based process.
