What We Do

Partnership Evaluation for Scottish Enterprise Dunbartonshire

Rocket Science worked with Scottish Enterprise Dunbartonshire (SED) to develop the Partnership Evaluation Tool, which is set within a wider set of tools called the Partnership Toolkit which has now been rolled out across the organisation.

Alison Bennett, of SED comments that: "... the Toolkit initially is for us as an organisation, to help us understand what we contribute to each partnership and to assess whether the partnerships we are involved in are helping us deliver our aims and objectives.

However, the tools can also be used by the partnerships themselves. Partnerships continue to be one of the most important ways that we deliver our aims and objectives, and the Toolkit is designed to improve the performance of those partnerships and therefore drive up the performance of our local economy.

The PET is a fun and interesting tool to use, encouraging regular review and greater accountability."

Rocket Science worked with SED to evaluate and refine the PET and the Toolkit, so offering subsequent clients a tried and tested tool for their own use.
