Past life
Prior to joining Rocket Science, Caroline led business development for the public and third sector for Ci Research and j4b group based in Manchester, focusing on sustainable communities and childcare policy. Caroline worked extensively on childcare sufficiency policy and research, developing and implementing methodologies and approaches to support local authorities meet their duties under the Childcare Act 2006.
Caroline sits on the assessment panel for BURA's Community Inspired Regeneration Awards and is a non-executive director on the Places for People Neighbourhoods board. Prior to joining Ci, Caroline was responsible for setting up and developing Chase Moulande, one of the first (and highly successful) regeneration recruitment agencies, following a six year career within economic development in East London.
