Specialist Adviser to the House of Commons Select Committee on Education and Employment. Co-founder and Director of Partners in Economic Development Ltd and of Workforce One Ltd. Currently a non-executive Director of the Claverhouse Group, a not-for-profit welfare to work and training company based in Dundee.
