Designing and facilitating of events
Most of our senior staff are highly experienced in the design and facilitation of conferences, events and workshops, across sectors and policy areas. We have recently conducted a series of regional seminars in Scotland and the North East to introduce the new planned priorities for health improvement and the performance management systems that would support the approach. Our work ranges from International Workshops through Ministerial Conferences to regional and local service launches, conferences and workshops. Whether for a day, a series of days, residential, formal, informal, round table or study visits we will help plan and deliver events that engage participants and achieve results.
