Rocket Science's New Cashflow Assessment Tool II (CAT II)
Our CAT II (Cashflow Assessment Tool Mark 2) is a free to use tool. Building on our original CAT, issued in September, the CAT II is an updated and more comprehensive tool to help Work Programme sub contractors plan for the future, by assessing different offers from potential prime contractors.
The CAT will help you to assess and compare different performance and payment offers, alongside forecast client volumes. This will enable you to consider monthly expenditure and income, annual profit and loss and cash flow forecasts.

Work Programme Workshops: Risk, Reward and Cashflow
Rocket Science has just announced an offer of new workshops designed for sub contractor management teams and bespoked to your organisation. These are available immediately in the wake of DWP releasing the Work Programme ITT.
The workshops will help you assess risk and reward and calculate cashflow. We will build on our highly successful Cashflow Assessment Tool 1. to assessing different offers from potential prime contractors the workshops will help you to assess and compare different performance and payment offers, alongside forecast client volumes. Analysis of winners and losers on the Work Programme Framework
Rocket Science provided an overview of the winners and losers for each of the Work Programme Lots as announced on 25th November 2010. You can find out who has been approved as a preferred supplier to bid for the Work Programme in your area here.
